What we do
We read every data source we use, every day, keep every version, and compare them. When something changes, we record it with the date it came from.
The result is the Deal Desk: a daily list of who to call and why, for your territory, and for what you sell.
What we will not do
We do not estimate occupancy, guess names, rate homes, or fetch anything from a site that asks not to be fetched. If the data sources do not say it, neither do we.
We do not take money from care providers. Our customers are the suppliers, lenders and advisers who serve them, which is why we can say what the data sources say.
Sources and licences
Our data sources include CQC and Ofsted data, Companies House, the Charity Commission, the London Gazette and council planning portals.
