Business profiles and ownership trees

Open business profile in the signal panel shows the whole business:

• its kind of care, beds and specialisms;
• its locations, with beds or places and local area, in and outside your territory;
• the last 90 days, with why they matter and suggested next steps;
• a Timeline of 24 months of changes, each with its data source and the date we detected it;
• its Ownership tree and its Contacts, including directors and people with significant control.

Operating company and owner group

The operating company is the registered legal entity that runs the care services: the one the care data sources name as the provider. The owner group is the top of its ownership chain, which may own more than one operating company, each with its own homes.

The Ownership card draws the chain from the group down to this business, with how many locations each business has. A breadcrumb at the top of a home’s page reads home › business › owner group.
