Cancelling and stepping down

One seat

The Admin moves a colleague’s seat to Free, or removes it, from Account & billing → Your seats. Either takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Until then the seat shows “Free from” or “Leaving on” a date, with Keep this seat to change your mind. A removed person keeps a Free workspace of their own.

To cancel your business’s plan, the Admin emails support@gathersight.com.

What stays

When a plan ends, every seat moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: your watches and actioned rows stay, and the Monday digest keeps coming. What Free shows is in What is on Free, and what is locked, and the plans side by side are on Pricing.
