Exporting signals to CSV

Export CSV, at the top of the Deal Desk, exports what the Deal Desk is showing. Export in a signal panel or on a business profile exports that business’s last twelve months.

Allowance, rows per seat per month

• Free: none
• Regional: 500 rows
• National and Ownership Intelligence: unlimited

Export+, £49 a seat a month on Regional, lifts the limit for exports within your own territory. It is included in National. Exports of the Ownership Intelligence lists have their own allowance of 2,000 rows a month. One file holds at most 25,000 rows. Account & billing shows Your CSV export allowance.

What the file holds

One row per change, with these columns:

detected, effective, what_happened, category, market, location, local_authority, region, care_type, beds_or_places, provider, company, company_number, owner_group, organisation_type, size_band, now_operated_by, actioned_by, rank, score_out_of_100, band_in_territory, why_this_score, edition, contact_1 … contact_6

The ranking columns are filled when you export from the Ranked tab. Each contact reads name, role, source and date. The first line says when, for whom and by whom the file was exported.
