Why a sign-in link did not work

A sign-in link, and the six-digit code that comes with it, works once and for one hour. After that, ask for a new one from the sign-in page.

If the link says it has been used

The link opens a page with a Sign in button, and nothing is used until you press it, so an email security tool that opens links to scan them should not spend yours. If one does, type the six-digit code from the same email instead.

If no email arrives

Look in spam and in any quarantine for “Your sign-in link” from signin@mail.gathersight.com (“Start free on Gathersight” the first time). You can ask for three links in ten minutes; after that, wait a few minutes.
