Marking a signal as actioned

Mark as actioned records that someone in your business has followed a signal up. It is on every Ranked row (the tick at the end) and in the signal panel.

It is shared. Every seat in your business sees the business as actioned, with who marked it and when, which stops two people calling the same home.

What it changes

An actioned row stays on the desk, marked, so you can still find it. To clear actioned rows from view, tick Hide actioned (business-wide) in the filter list; the desk then shows a Hiding actioned chip you can remove.

Marking a business as actioned does not remove its changes from Since you last signed in.

From a signal panel opened on the Feed tab, the button marks that one change rather than the whole business.

Undoing it

Press it again. The row returns to unmarked for everyone.
