Planning, in the top bar, lists the care home planning applications in your territory received in the last 90 days, newest first: all of England on National, your region on Regional, your local areas on Free.

Each application

The proposal, its stage (such as “Awaiting decision”), the council, the address and postcode, the number of beds proposed, the applicant and agent where the council publishes them, and the date it was received.

Open one for the detail: where, applicant, agent, use class, beds, stage, decision date and received date. The reference links to the council’s own page for the application, where it has one.

The applications are collected from council planning portals through PlanWire, once a day.
