Choosing an edition

There are nine editions, each a customised Deal Desk. Every edition shows every change signal in your territory. What differs is the order: each edition gives each kind of change a signal strength from 1 to 10 for what you sell. A new registered manager matters more to a recruitment agency than to a furniture supplier, and the two editions say so.

The strongest changes for your edition, at 9 or 10, carry the ACT label.

Which one

Pick the edition closest to your product or service. If two fit, pick the one whose customers look most like your best ones. See the nine editions, each with the signals it puts first.

Changing it

The Ranked for menu on the Deal Desk shows the ranking under any other edition, there and then, without changing your business’s own. Your business’s edition is the one chosen when it was set up. The Admin can change it by going back through the set-up steps, from Settings → Your plan → Territory → Change and then Back to the first step. A new edition re-ranks every business overnight, so today’s desk is unchanged until the morning.
